Witte Ballons
To be honest, can't really remember this bar to well. You folks from abroad have to understand, that for people from Amsterdam, Maastricht is a foreign country. This despite the fact it's only 250 kilometers from Amsterdam. Anyway I don't visit the place to often. So I have been in this place only once, and yes it was late.
From what I remember the music was loud. What I paid for the drinks I don't know, but the beer tasted fine. It was about four o'clock in the morning, so I guess this bar can be called sleazy in an alternative way. At the end of the night I only remember seeing Balloons.
Can anybody tell me what kind of place this is?

The Space Room
Alas, the fine old days of elderly chain smokers drinking vodka mixed with milk are gone at The Space Room. However, while the crowd has changed to hipster\frat boy\pseudo alcoholic (which, in my opinion makes it even sleazier) the decor, ambiance and overall ooze have not changed. Read more »

Strip Joint, and fine sleazy bar. Total local digs where the stripper is most likely your neighbor and may be not the one you want on stage.
Drinks are fair priced and mixed strong. Fine for a quick fix if any of the other 4 strip joint on 3 miles of this road won't do...
El Zorro Bar
In the city known for sleasy bars, El Zorro is famous for the ambiance, a pair of fairly burly gentlemen will greet you and poin the way to your table, the place is almost completely dark, after a second a girl will sit next to you and ask you to buy her a drink, if you do so, she will remover her top and let you fondle her,
Here you can get lucky for a few pesos.
The Post Time Lounge
In town alot and stay at the adjacent hotel for work. Alot of oldtimers country bar with younger women and men looking for a good time and to scam the older ones or anyone who they can leach from! Hotel connected to the bar makes it easy for regulars to meet people and party! threesomes take place in the rooms upstairs. 1 regular girl we'll call her small girl Darlene appears decent, (has slept with just about everyone in the bar, it doesnt matter if your married just party with her, give her cash, or take her on a trip with you (anything goes). SLEAZY! "Located in the Gelkingestraat near "de Grote Markt".
Black tape on the windows to avoid people to be able to see what's happening inside(?)
The place is packed with a mix of carribean drugdealers, carribean girls, white trash on drugs and white sluts on coke who will talk your ears of.
If you want to have sex with one of them just ask directly. Always people on the toilet sniffing coke, but sometimes they are really polite and will ask you: "You don't mind, do you?"

Bukowski's Liver Flush
Here’s a recipe for Bukowski’s Liver Flush, a non-alcoholic cocktail named for famous booze-hound Charles Bukowski. Juice a half-inch of ginger, followed by 2 raw medium-size scrubbed beets and half a peeled lemon. Next, juice 2 large peeled pink grapefruits and stir in 2 shakes of cayenne pepper.
